Your mission

As an IT System Administrator at Last Mile Semiconductor GmbH in the heart of Silicon Saxony (Dresden), you will ensure that our development and operating environments for pioneering IoT semiconductor solutions run reliably, securely and with high performance. Support an innovative team of chip and IoT experts and help us shape the infrastructure for the connected world of tomorrow.

Your tasks:

• As part of our IT administration team, you will provide first-level IT support and work on our internal ticket system (Jira)
• You create and manage new user accounts, accesses and mailing lists
• You will also manage our 3CX telephone system
• You act as a contact person for your team members and external contacts
• You will work independently on smaller projects within IT administration

Your profile:

• You have basic network knowledge (both cloud-based and internally hosted networks)
• You have a background in general computer science, media informatics, electrical engineering or similar
• You are well versed in the Linux and Windows operating systems as well as Jira, Confluence (Atlassian) and Gitlab
• Ideally, you have also already worked with iOS/macOS
• You are a proactive team player who communicates openly and directly
• You have a very good command of German and English
